At Dollface Collectives, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the error is due to a mistake made by our store (for example, receiving the wrong item or a defective product caused during fulfillment). We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.

If you believe you received the wrong item due to a store error, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Inventory & Processing Times

All jewelry sold by Dollface Collectives is gold plated. Our jewelry is designed to maintain its appearance and resist tarnishing with proper care. However, please note:

- Our jewelry is not made from pure gold.

- Pieces may contain base metals such as copper or stainless steel beneath the gold plating.

We recommend proper care and storage of your jewelry to help preserve its finish and longevity.
